Faylyn Kanneh, a Jamaican native, who migrated to London in her youth, is happily married and living in the USA with her wonderful husband, Charles Kanneh.  Although she recently settled in the United States, her life’s extensive but unique background has poised and positioned her to serve others. She worked for many years as an instructor & advisor to children and adolescents. However, Faylyn’s personal life and humble beginnings, which involved a great deal of tragedy, strife, hurt, pain, and fear, set the stage for the woman she is today. Having a life enthralled with dysfunction and traumatic events, she soon learned through her personal experience with Christ to show her that God was allowing her path of pain for His purpose and Glory. She realized her broken life was preparing her to usher other broken individuals to a place of healing. What the enemy had meant for her detriment, God used for her good and His Glory. Her test became a testimony, thus the call on her life to teach and preach the gospel.

Faylyn has a heart for the Nations and diamonds in the rough. Her heart desires are to see the broken made whole, the blind see, the lame walk, and the captives set free. One of her greatest passions is serving women who are hurt, distraught, and devastated by life. She has done intensive work in women’s shelters abroad. Faylyn has been walking in the call to minister the gospel of Christ for well over 20 years. She was trained and served under Bishop Errol Campbell for several years in London, where she remained faithful until she migrated to the United States.

Under God’s guidance and the leading of the Spirit, she met and married the love of her life, Charles Kanneh. Upon arriving in the United States, she began to serve along with her husband under the leadership of Bishop Jon Lowery of Rockville Church of God.  As she did in London, she embraced roles on the praise and worship team, and she became active in women’s ministry. She reconciled her role as a prolific author and speaker in the local communities as well as abroad. Among several titles, her book titled ‘S.H.E. Journey’ has been an ordained piece of work whereby many conference participants have experienced deliverance and recovery from a past of pain, fear, and shame. She does this by sharing her experiences in light of the word of God, for He was wounded for the broken; she allows the unction of the Holy Spirit to do the rest. She and her husband support a thriving church in Liberia, and she is often called upon to speak in Jamaica and other parts of Africa.

Faylyn Kanneh is called by God to minister and preach the gospel. She is an officially ordained minister under the Alpha and Omega Christian Fellowship Church’s auspicious leadership in London.  Faylyn Kanneh continues to expand her portfolio of written titles and is immensely humbled as a servant of God. She is a sought-after speaker willing to go anywhere she is needed and led to go. Her mantra is “Africa, America, the Global Church, the Market Place, at home and at play, the Gospel must be told and lived out loud.”  May God continue to order her steps in His word.

But He was wounded for our transgressions,

He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
